Fresh Box Salad Subscription Plan – Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Fresh Box! Please read the terms and conditions carefully before subscribing:
- Plan Validity & Utilization
- The 10-day subscription plan includes 10 salad servings.
- These 10 servings must be utilized within 20 calendar days from the subscription start date.
- Weekly Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are available 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Sunday is a fixed non-service day.
- Prepaid & Refund Policy
- This is a prepaid subscription plan.
- If the customer cancels the plan within 36 hours of subscription:
- A refund will be processed within 4 working days.
- Any salad(s) already delivered during this period will be charged at ₹100 per serving, and this amount will be deducted from the refund.
- If the cancellation request is made after 36 hours, the plan is non-refundable.
- Fixed Delivery Time
- Home delivery of salads will be done at a fixed time, as per the customer’s requirement, decided at the beginning of the plan.
- Time changes can only be accommodated with prior notice and subject to availability.
- Skipping a Delivery
- If the customer does not wish to receive a salad on any specific day, they must inform us at least 10 hours in advance.
- Missed deliveries without proper notice will be considered served and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- Variety in Menu
- We aim to serve you 5 different types of salads each week.
- While we are not committed to fixed daily variations, we consistently try to provide you with variety and freshness in every bowl.
7. Other Terms
o Subscription plans are non-transferable and valid for the registered customer only.
o Delivery will be made to the address and contact provided at the time of subscription.
o Customers are advised to consume the salad fresh upon delivery and store properly if delayed.
o Fresh Box reserves the right to make changes in ingredients based on seasonal availability while maintaining nutritional balance and quality.
